keep the area clean, dry and powdered (with an unscented talc). If this doesn't produce some relief within a week or so, go to you medical practitioner - they will give you a check-up and probably some cream.
(Yes, I know it's embarrassing... yes, I know you don't wanna go... just try the clean, dry and powdered bit first - then decide. )
You don't have to go to your family doc - any chemist (in a drug store) should be able to suggest your next step - it's a fairly common problem.

sweat or in need of a shower or maybe you need to change your underwear or didn't wash after jerkin off or sex or the soap didn't get rinsed completely out of you clothing during the laundry. I'd be glad to wash it for you and see if it gets better. If not I'd wash it again and again until it does.

YOu could have jock iche....sweat can cause skin irritation when sweat and skin rube together...if it bothers you alot go get some cream.
