Like is there a bus and if there is, is there like a website with bus numbers and schedules or something? I don't wanna take a taxi

Public Bus:
Taking the public bus from the airport to UCSD is not recommended. Although it is cheap, it takes about 2 hours because there are not good direct routes.

Also, city buses are not equipped to take passengers with lots of luggage, so if you plan to use the bus, make sure you are traveling light.

You can try Cloud 9 shuttle. They are relatively inexpensive comparing to taxis. It will cost roughly $30.
