I have really thick, dark brown hair. REALLY thick.
Tomorrow I am getting my haircut and you like to get it SUPER thinned out. I'd like to keep my longest layer the same length as it is now... but I don't know what else I should do with it. (Bangs, etc..)

Do you have any ideas you could give me? Some pictures or websites would be nice.

I like this hair cut a lot - the layers are very modern & the length & thickness of the bangs can be adjusted to suit you: http://matrix.com/find_your_hair_style/medium/style_08.aspx?scroll=754

This is a good article about choosing a flattering haircut for each face shape: http://beauty.about.com/od/hairbasics/a/flattering.htm

I certainly have comparable hair. i'm getting it shrink shoulder length and in layers. My hairdresser does not shrink the layers short although coz that would desire to choose to make it particularly puffy and frizzy. I certainly have a area fringe (bangs) yet its extremely long so i will placed on it curly or without delay. and that i placed on a area parting, do not think of of you're able to do alot greater desirable with that type of hair different than you're gonna blow dry or straighten it each and on a daily basis then you rather would desire to choose to do various themes. choose that heps!xx

Go to your salon early and ask them to show you the correct books with pictures of what you want. It's fun, and I guarantee you, you'll find something perfect!! Good luck!!:)
