Can you tell me the brand name(s) of this product? I have tried watering the lawn 3 times/week and it's still brown. OK, it went without watering for about 3 weeks but it appears to be in the process of getting greener now. I just wanted to dye the grass so it would be more uniform in color. Thanks.

Don't use paint. It won't last and it will shut down the photosynthesis process. Paint covers the leaf blade. Paint is used primarily on dormant turfgrasses.

They make grass paint and it is basically a watered down version of just regular green paint and they spray it on football fields during the winter.
The only brand that I know is regional to Southern California, so try calling a couple of paint stores and talk to the oldest guy in the store.

yes,you can apply a dye(color your lawn),first you might want to find out the reason for the browning of your law,brown patch? different variety of grass dying out? to much water? not enough water?if you do put dye on the grass it has to be calibrated to ensure proper coverage.

As you saw, I think it was just over-watered.If you spray paint it, it might kill it completely. Leave it and just let it grow back good and healthy. Less work for you too !

FERTILIZE IT, WATER IT, AND LET IT TURN GREEN ON IT'S OWN. ANYTHING YOU MIGHT USE TO DYE IT WILL KILL IT. THE ONE EXCEPTION WOULD BE TO FIND A FOOD DYE THAT WILL WORK WITH VEGGIE OIL, THAT WOULD WORK TEMPORARILY WITHOUT HURTING THE PLANT

i don't think that it is possible to dye the grass. if u dye the grass, it might not be able to photosynthesize and might die.
