Forget about being on the Disney Channel. Unless, like Britney Spears, you were on The Mickey Mouse Club, it's impossible for Disney to hire you.
Wait until you're older to get an agent. You are too young to understand the talent agency business.
Wait until you're 25 years old!

My advice: get an acting teacher and hone your craft. Someone who is knowledgeable will not only help you with your skills, but will also give you an "in" with agents in the area they are friends with. There is no reason why you should not be in classes and expanding your talent if you want to last, and if you are in it for the love of the game. Not the money or the fame. Also, newspapers can sometimes have agents listed. Ask your acting teacher if they are reputable and make your decision from there.

Well since you are 12 you will want an agent who specialises in children. Try www.agentsassociation.com for a legit agent.
If you want to know if the agency finds lots of auditions for disney channel, either look at their credits or email them to ask.
Good luck!

Get a copy of the Ross Reports, it's a complete listing of all agents accepting mail ins right now and it will tell you which field of the business each agent specializes in.
