All the time. If they are open and want to accept friends. Sometimes people are very private about their page. I can respect that. But as for me and my friends, come on up and have a good time. Love to get comments and blog comments. It's a blast up there. We even sometimes are able to meet eachother in person. Why not have a blast? It's all in good fun! Come on up!

No, it is not pointless. I like checking out people 360 pages because it is fun and cool. Your 360 is cool, too.
