Regular every day tylenol (acetaminophen). Midol contains medication for other symptoms besides cramps (bloating for example). Plain acetaminophen will take care of cramps without paying through the nose for Midol.

No. That's baloney. Midol helps, and I hear that new stuff with the sickening commercial "rub directly on your forehead, rub directly on your forehead, rub directly on your forehead". I can't remember the name of the stuff, but they sell it over the counter at any drug store. Anyway, I heard that if you rub it right where your cramps are, it helps a lot!! I'm buying some next week. If you don't know what I'm talking about , ask a friend or the pharmacist. Let's keep our fingers crossed!! -L

No, cramps can also mean a medical problem if serious enough.

Yes, it is ok to take medicine for the cramps such as Tylenol and such. Please also double check with your dr to see what they say.
