10) The Tommyknockers 9) Stand with the aid of Me 8) puppy Sematary 7) Carrie 6) The Lawnmower guy 5) The working guy 4) 1408 3) the eco-friendly Mile 2) The Shawshank Redemption a million) The Shining The Langoliers and Dreamcatcher only neglected the decrease. I word that lots of the excellent videos are ones that Stephen King has no longer individually dropped at reveal screen. he's a grasp novelist; no longer a grasp movie-maker.

When it comes to Stephen King, everyone's lists are going to be different. Here's mine:
The Stand
Everything's Eventual
Night Shift
The Green Mile
Now according to Stephen J. Spignesi, in his book The Essential Stephen King, the top four positions are thus:
It
The Stand
The Shining
The Dead Zone

I don't know if you mean by popularity or by personal choice...Try nightmares and dreamscapes, skeleton crew, and 1408--everything's eventual, which are all collaborations of short stories, so if you don't have time, you can still read lots of good stuff. They're my favorites, anyway.
As far as novels, I like Thinner, The dark tower series, Carrie, and Misery.

It's going to be different with different people. I read King and I like his collection of stories in "Four Past Midnight", "Night Shift" and "Skeleton Crew". His novel "Pet Sematary" was good. And creepy.
Just start reading his stuff. You will find things of his that you like and some you don't.
