people from other countries.
I have traveled all over the world and we Americans are pretty arrogant. Most people haven't been out of this country and they get "group think" when it comes to other cultures (even though we are ethnically diverse). People who live in Europe or Asia or Africa can be in another, totally different speaking country in what it take us to get to another state.
I have also found that people in the US who live on the coasts tend to be more worldly than those in the middle of the US. I think it has to do with immigration and the fact that there are lots of immigrants who settle on the coasts.

Yes offcourse people from other countries give more respect.
American Not all same some are good and some are Bad.
It is hard to say who gives more respect it could be any one who is educated and good from heart they give you most respect.
China Korea japan India (people are some what selfish some people do not know how to even behave)
Some spanish countries europe Pakistan (they are better people and they know how to behave.

depends on where you are in the USA. I come from the heartland of America smack dab in the midwest. Here, people are polite. you know the whole wave to people on the road and holding doors open for strangers. I've been to some places in America where people aren't so nice. I don't really know about other places in the world. I've only been out of the country once to Jamaica and they were friendly.

Other countries (in general). But I think most Americans do have good intentions.
It also depends on who you are, and the other country you are dealing with.

Its not depend on countries.Its totally depend on people and their charector..Being an Indian il say Indians give more respect than other... cos our ansisters thought us how to behave, how to respect,etc in the form of poems,stories,n they even lived to it... Still v r following it....
So i feel proud to say im Indian, n We give more respect.........

I feel that people from other countries have better manners in some ways better than we Americans do. for example I feel that the Japanese have much more respect for their family members and friends than Americans do.

Well it depends, countries like sweden, and canada have more satisfied people, but other countries like africa have very nasty spots. So this is a pick and chose question.
