well the definition of self esteem is how we value ourself and image so naturally a big sign of low self esteem is a negative image of ourselves also pushing away all of our family and friends is a big sign and also did you know that boys that develop through puberty and that stuff early have a high self esteem boys who develop late have a low self esteem girls who develop early have a low self esteem girls who develop late have a high self esteem

Low-self esteem can be seen in many different ways.

(1). When people talk down to you, you do not defend yourself. You may sometimes just simply agree.
(2). You think that someone you like would never like you back.
(3). You think that what you have (even if it is really bad) is the best you could ever get.

You can be the most confident person going, but deep down you dont get why others dont realise that youre not that great
When others love you, you wonder a bit why they do

Most people have a bit of a self esteem problem, its natural. Its only when you constantly think you are below everyone else that its an issue

It ranges vastly
for some they become recessive as others have stated
For others they may cover up their low self esteem with aggression and being Bitchy
Losing Morals value and ethics
And for others they are always swinging between opinions and advises.

Self-blame, self-criticism, or constantly putting others down through guilt, blame, shame, or faultfinding. Finding forgiveness difficult.
Over or underachieving, -eating, -working, -doing, etc.
Playing the victim, rationalizing that outside circumstances are the causes of your problems.
Not taking responsibility for your own life; turning power over to another to make decisions for you, then feeling victimized if the results are not to your liking.
Taking too much responsibility for the lives of others, dominating and making decisions for them.
Fear of change and reluctance to take risks. Or too much change, taking dangerous, unwise risks.
Constant negativity or being so optimistic that reality is denied.
Reacting to others with extreme emotion or no emotion.
Boastfulness, lying, embellishing, exaggerating, and overbearing behavior around others.

Demanding to be “right,” needing to have agreement or have your own way most of the time, or constantly acquiescing to the will and opinions of others.
Constantly comparing yourself to others, thereby feeling inferior or superior.

Not looking at people straight in the face, avoiding eye contact in conversations -- fidgeting too much-- generally defensive attitude--- checking and double checking all the time to reinforce own opinions and views -- generally a reserved nature!

-being passive
-agreeing with what others say often
-not standing up for yourself, even when being constantly insulted
-talking in a whiny and pleading tone
-being afraid that others will reject you if you are yourself/speak your mind
-slumped body posture or keeping eyes down on the floor a lot
-not loving yourself
-feeling worthless and not good enough to have good things in life
-say yes even when you don't want to
-letting ppl walk all over you

not taking care of yourself...
having low self-confidance.......
one should have the capability to overcome this stage
try change your surroundings and lower your workload....
do something positive....like helping out someone...
BUT BE SURE NOT TO THINK OF YUORSELF DURING THE WHOLE PROCEDURE
