By 2007, I'm not sure if you mean just popped up on the scene literally. If however, you are speaking about current day celebrities, for me it's no contest: George Clooney. Oh, alas, my magnificent obsession and several other ladies I'm sure.
Actually, there is one other individual I've always wanted to meet and that's Richard Carpenter. Avid fan of the Carpenters. He is an immense talent and treasure and too often underrated and overlooked for his contributions as a songwriter and producer. Although, in reference to this question, I don't suppose he qualifies as a celebrity of 2007.

i love all the songs he sings! he has a great voice for a guy singer! ahh.... Gerard gotta love him!

Frank Sinatra...oops......he's dead. You said 2007...sorry. I guess it would be, Halle Barry. She's beautiful and from what I've seen, she seems to be level headed and knows her direction in life. Never heard any negative things about her.
