How can I sue my employer for discrimination? I don't have any lawyer.

Find a lawyer that will work on a contingency basis - that is, they don't get paid unless you win your case. This way you can get legal representation with no out of pocket cost. If you win, they will get a hefty percentage of the payment, but you dont't stand a chance without a lawyer. Your employer will definitely have one, if it goes to court.

you don't need a lawyer. discrimination suits belong to the Feds. take your documentation to the EEOC. you will find the # in your employee breakroom or Human Resources department.

If you are suing for any compensation, as long as it is $5000, then you can take him to small claims court. If you are suing over $5000 then you have to take him to other court.
