first. subtract 4 to get 21 x on one side
21x=-59-4
-59-4 give u -63
so

21x=-63
x=-63/21
as a negative number divide by a positive number u get a negative number

so x=-3

so you know how to do it instead of just the answer, first off you would subtract 4 from both sides. which gives you 21x=63 then you would divide by 21 to get x...... which gives you x=3
