You can't. The body can only process two pounds of fat per week. If you lose more than that you are losing muscle mass. If you lost 50 pounds of muscle mass, you would probably not be able to get out of bed.
Go with a low fat, high fiber diet like that espoused by Dean Ornish (not quite so low in fat) or Pritikin or Susan Powter.

It's almost impossible and if you do lose that weight in that amount of time it is possible you will lose your hair. which would you prefer a little extra weight or no hair?
Do it through healthy and logical means.

workout 1-4 hrs a day eat lots of fruits n veggies n lean meat. n cut out pop stick with water . lots of it. good luck
