You have to choose your husband. When you married him that's what you agreed to do. And he agreed the same.

You're stuck in a hard position and now that you have kids it makes it even harder! Family is thicker than blood, but if they're influencing him to do things against the law then he needs to put them at a distance. He can still have a relationship with them by seeing them every now and then or just talking on the phone as long as it doesn't lead to getting into trouble. He needs to realize that when you two got married, you became his new family. And also the position this is putting you kids in. Maybe you could sit down with your husband and discuss it with him if you haven't already or have a family intervention with your in laws and your husband. Good luck!

Of course husband because a relationship is consider to be strong only when a husband and a wife are together. Ur uncle will also chose his wife if he have to choose between Ur mom and his wife.

Well for your sake, you need a father more than you need an uncle in your life. Your are your parents responsibility, to guide your through life, with love, discipline and encouragement. But, I do hope your mom and uncle will one day come to terms, and make amends.

That one is easy, if you love your hubby then choose the hubby.. simple but a fact that you should always back your spouse.. hopefully though you won't need to..
