If you mean Barak Obama, then no. He's not Muslim NOR a terrorist. So no, it's not true. If you mean Osama bin Laden (who planned the 9/11 attacks and escaped because Bush is a moron) then yes, Osama bin Laden IS a terrorist.
Is it true that Bush and Cheney are unamerican and did real damage to America by ignoring terrorists threats and then by exaggerating threats for political purposes? Yes that is true.
