There are 6 officers out at my wood pile splitting open my fire wood, apparently looking for hidden drugs I don't have. I think my neighbor is pulling a prank, what should I do?

If there is truly NOTHING hidden in the wood pile, then you're free and clear of any legal wrong doing. Talk to the neighbor and ask why (s)he is doing this to you. Also, file a report with the local law enforcement. This will cover you in case they harrassment continues and the cops show up over and over again. Last resort, file a formal complaint with the police and the District Attorney's office/Count Attorney's office.

if you were actually serrious or the least bit worried you be back there talking the officers spliting open the wood. And I honestly do not believe they would take six officers off the streets from patrol to split your wood.

Explain it to the cops. Then tomorrow make an anonomous tip from a payphone that your nieghbor was seen dragging a large bag that resembled a human body into thier house early this morning.

just go ask the cops what they are doing, but make sure you are polite. Then, i would suggest meeting your neighbors and being extra friendly so that when it comes to a night where they would normally call the cops on you, they might just speak to you the next day instead

what can U do? just sit there and try to answer any questions that the officers ask you,when they leave confront your neighbors about it but i think that might lead up to more problems just leave then alone and watch your back. If i was in your position i would tried to get even.

Tell the cops they are pranking you. They will get into BIG trouble for reporting false info to the police. My husband is a cop.

Personally, if i didn't have anything to hide, I'd make damn sure they had a warrant to search my property.I'd be the most difficult and uncooperative b=tch ever, but that's just me. I hope your neighbor is just pulling a prank. snitches get stitches.

admit nothing. Get a lawyer and explain to the cops the truth.Act and be cooperative and respectful and ask them if they have a search warrent and if they can show it to you.
