There are many reasons to state that, but what or who determine an international standard about coffee that came to the conclusion that the Colombian Coffee is the best of the world. Would be nice to have a source reference. The question is not why is the best, but which one is the authority to state that.

This is marketing hype. The producers themselves say it.
They run a few sampling sessions with selected experts.

One of the things I used to love is the "Mountain Grown". Coffee needs an elevation of about 10,000 feet just to grow, so all coffee is "mountain grown". It is of course all marketing hype.
