I wear a necklace. You know? A necklace I never take off.It's simple... understated to all that see it around my neck. But to me, it is huge! It serves as a memory.... an amazing memory. But it serves as a reminder..... like a teacher with experience. I find that all through the day as I'm sitting and reading, I'm playing with it. Running the little stone up and down the chain. I'm not often even aware that I'm doing it. There are times when I'm having to confront a hard situation and I realize that my left hand is clasping the stone almost trying to gain strength from the one who gave it to me. Other times I come out of a day dream state and realize that I'm running the chain thru my teeth...... just staring. As I said.... it is a simple piece that no one would notice. But without it... and the history that is symbolizes to me..... I am not sure that I would be me. *shrugs*

I try to bring my personality and a smile with me wherever i go but some times i bring my grumpy face. LOL

oh man not to sound so full of myself but a mirror....I am so self-conscious & I always have to check up on my makeup, hair, & just that everything looks "ok"
