Is the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency Riyals the same as the Saudi Rial? If so where can I find a conversion?

They are one and the same. All Saudi banknotes, including the new 5th issue notes presently being introduced, bear the inscription "Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency" in the same manner that all current US banknotes bear the inscription "Federal Reserve Note".
