It can sure buy things that can make you happy! Puppies, soft beds, great food, great trips to faraway places, money to give to someone who really needs it...
Oh, and guns to shoot the ppl who make you 'un' happy lol omg j/k d00d!

Money can buy a lot of fun things that give a person lots of enjoyment. Studies show that laughter really is the best medicine for bringing a person's mood up. So, yes, money can buy happiness.
I don't think it can reach the deep space where being happy really counts though.
