you have to go to hospital or emergency room to check how well your kid is. The soap can be toxic.

Get the bottle of soap the child swallowed, and call poison control. listed in front of your phone book, or call emergency number (911), then ask for poison control. The bottle will have instructions on what to do if ingested. Read and follow the instructions, and ask Poison control for further instructions.

There should be instructions on what to do if swallowed on the label.
If not, contact the poison control centre,or you local hospital emerg., and they will ask ...
How much was swallowed
When was it swallowed
Age and weight of who swallowed
Then it will be determined the best action to take.
