I am in Florida. Can I do that? How long do I have to back out?

I don't think so. I moved out of a place early in Tampa and they made me keep paying until it was re-rented. But there may be a 48-hour or 72-hour remorse clause or something.

Check the rules of Ur state, about how many days that you the right to change your mind. Also job offering in different state would let you off the hook, lost of employment, and signing the contract while drink would help you with that. They might take some money out of Ur security deposit or they might take all.
