I got a simple way get a haunter or gengar make it learn destiny bond then get tons of leppa berries and revives(not max revives) and train it till around lvl 60. Then all you have to do is make sure u have a defender Pokemon who can take a hit or 2 while you revive haunter and if u need 2 use a leppa berry 2 restore it's power points. I beat the elite four with a lvl 60 gengar and lvl 25-37 Pokemon on my first try so i know it works just got 2 have enough leppa berries and revives then they're all pushovers i'd suggest about 30 leppas and 50-75 revives it's costly but it works

Okay, first thing. Take out Uxie. Uxie doesn't do much on the Elite Four. Oh, and train the Azumarill in Victory Road.
Second, raise a Lucario.
Third, Azumarill can hold its own against Bertha. But completely avoid using Luxray.
Fourth, Flint only has two fire types. Type-trump his Infernape with the Staraptor, and avoid using Azumarill against his Rapidash because of the Sunny Day/SolarBeam combo.
Fifth, Lucian uses Psychic-type Pokemon, so use Dialga's Shadow Claw a lot.
And last, Cynthia's Spiritomb is weak to nothing and her other Pokemon can type-trump your Pokemon, so avoid using the weakness, except in the case of Garchomp where it's okay to use Dialga.
I'm afraid I can't help you further.

Drop Azumarill; he kinda sucks
Replace it with grass pokemon
Level your Infernape to level 57 so he learns Flare Blitz
Level your Staraptor to 49 to get Brave Bird
Level Dialga to 60 to get Earth Power
Nasty Plot DOUBLES uxie's damage, so make sure to use it at the start of battle
Uxie is a nice tank; you can leave him out while you heal your pokemon.
#1:
Drapion and Heracross are pains.
Have Arceus use Earth Power on Drapion
Have Staraptor use Brave Bird on Heracross
Rest should be easy (Fire/Psychic through them)
#2:
ANYTHING with grass RIPS through this guy:
4x to half his pokemon, 2x to the other half
#3:
This guy is a joke...
Just Earth Power everything but Drifblim with Dialga
On Drifblim.. just Roar of Time him or something
#4:
Use Luxray's crunch to rip through everything up to bronzong
For bronzong... Flare Blitz him
Champion:
SAVE NOW
Spiritomb is immune to Psychic, Normal, Fighting, but otherwise fairly easy
Roserade.. is easy
GARCHOMP... Pull out Dialga and Roar of Time him. It's worth it.
Gastrodon... cake
Lucario - Earth Power, Flare Blitz, Close Combat
Milotic - MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT USE SPECIAL MOVES. It has mirror coat, and it loves using it.
Bring lots of Revives and Hyper Potions >.>

first ur pokemon all need to be atleast in the low 50s. it helps to have atleast 20 revives, and A LOT of super and hyper potions. and it also helps to give ur pokemon items that raise their moves attacks (plates, black belt, magnet, poison barb). And i bought things to raise attack, defense and speed, i know they're expensive but its worth it.
