To be fair ....yes Clinton also used Executive privilege to try to keep staff from testifying ....I don't care who's doing it ...it is wrong!!!!

We the people are paying for this both figuratively and literally!!!

Good evening Kelly. Been a while since I wrote you (in Answers). The answer to your question is to know the law and make everyone else know it as well. Trouble is, regardless of who's in charge, chances are, they're elitist. They have the money, they have the education AND they're the ones making (and sometimes breaking) the rules.

The issue of Executive Privilege has already been addressed by the Supreme Court in U.S. v. Nixon. You should respect the separation of powers. It's an important part of our governmental system.

usually the supreme court is what comes down the hardest on presidential power.

take a look at US v. Nixon--i'm attaching a link below. it's a huge case about the limits of "executive privilege."

Its difficult to stand against an evil dictator such as GW Bush. Actually, Cheney is the evil dictator. Bush is just a dumb puppet on a string with the illegal authority of an emperor.

Clinton did whatever he wanted --- in the sense that he let Bin Laden kill people and blow up our embassies. Very sad.

the president cannot do everything, there is something called seperation of powers which makes it so that the power lies in the 3 branches
