Yes they are real, i didnt forward my chain letter so now im dead. Im a ghost typing in heaven right now.
But seriously though, if they were real I'd be dead 10 years ago.

Chain letters are as old as the post office, and you should not pay any attention to them. If they go through the post office, they actually are illegal. Ignore it, you have nothing to be afraid of, in a chain letter.

They're fake. I got serveral chain letters in text messages and they have never hurted me.

If u don't repost this in 2 hours a giant gorilla named smoky will come into ur room and eat ur television.. Psh that's just about how real all chain letters are, as real as something stupid as a gorilla eating a television, so there u go, chain letters are fake, so I decide to mock them, bcuz there all stupid, I mean they are about as real as unicorns and leprechauns, so you've got nothing to worry about.. When you see a chain letter, Just Press Ctrl+F4 and it will help you get rid of the chain letter, and break its spell.

I think you are using a social network site.
Those messages are not true.just think how many messages you got?did you press F6 and got anything?
My answer is no!.They are just putting it to create the chain.Otherwise people don't forward it.
Messages we get as e-mails are also like that.If you want to find out about that mail, just type message heading in Google and search.I also do the same thing when i got one.
Don't be scared when you got one.just read it and delete it.NO harm.
