Cry Freedom -- the story of Steve Biko and the South African Black Consciousness Movement, which starred Denzil Washington as Biko and Kevin Kline, as a white newspaper editor who befriends him.

It is a moving picture on the real South Africa during the ugliness of Apartheid and was so real - that, when released in 1988 - remained unseen in South Africa until 1991.

We must never forget the heroes who shed their blood and died for the casue of freedom in South Africa.
