Only if another dumb Repubic gets to be president. Or unless they are stupid enough to declare war on us.

I know that this was supposed to be a clever question, but it's really kind of imbecilic if you think about it. "Uh, do ya' think that after anudder Democrat Presdient (sic) makes another surplus, THEN will we invade Iran?"
You're implying that after a term or two of a Democrat in the White House that there will undoubtedly be a "surplus" (of what exactly, I don't know) and that using said "surplus" a Republican will then enter the White House and declare war on Iran. After all, the Democrat "Presdient" has done such a fine job of generating a "surplus" that now the new Republican President has the means to go to war. Kind of like they did after the Clinton Administration. Is that the gist of it?
Holy crap, we REALLY need some new topics.

By the time a Democratic President gets done raising taxes
and cutting the Military budget there wont be enough people
left to fight in Iran and we won't have any weapons to fire
at Iran. Finally there will be no surplus, Al Gore already
sold off half of our petroleum reserves (Elk Hills, Ca.)
to Occidental Petroleum, who just happened to have as
their Vice President Al Gore Sr.

If you want to create a surplus, you need to cut or severely
cut back on social programs, not increase spending and
raising taxes, pay the deficit by not spending so much on
programs that have no substantial benefits, a good place
to start is to end freebies for illegal aliens. We need to
cut the PORK on all funding bills and kill key mark spending.

In other words, our Congress needs to finally start doing their
jobs.

The Bush administration will - if it can find a plausible excuse that 'ditto heads' will buy into - invade Iran yet this year, or early next year.
Most likely another 'terrorist' attack will be staged on U.S. soil (this time in the Midwest, probably Chicago or St. Louis), which will give Bush the only reason he needs to attack Iran, just as he did Iraq - and, for the very same 'lame' reasons: OIL and WAR PROFITEERING.
If it takes longer to execute such an invasion, Bush will be ordered to declare martial law, claiming that a change in administration would not be in the 'national interests' until the new 'war' is over.
If Iran isn't attacked because the Bush handlers simply aren't able to pull it off with any credibility, watch for the Republicans to make an extremely modest effort toward winning the '08 elections. That way, when this country is faced with the most severe economic depression in its history shortly after Bush leaves office, the Democrats can be blamed.
Just as military strategy is planned in advance, so is political strategy - and for those individuals who honestly believe their one vote still counts, it's all made to appear so. -RKO- 06/22/07

sorry but you say that like you know what a man is going to do. but for the most part no. at least not unless they get to close to uranium production. or a terroist attack and then...what surplus?! I love it when people don't know any thing about what is going on. to clear this up you have to go far back and far into what we may thing is going to happen. we went over there because of the hole nuclear thing but contractors want the oil adding to it, then at first no one can lie that everone or at least most of us wanted to go over there and mow look at all this and you've changed your minds. I just love it hahahahahaha. no I don't like it any more then you do but I don't like one sided lies or one sided stories or answers unless they are true. the thing is that we did not need to be over there but now that we are we need to finish the job because we can't leave out now one because of the war that will happen if we do and two; what will that say of us to every one else. this is all just to point out that there is no surplus and it is not what party makes a diffrence it is what this person does with his power. another thing that is off the subject is what about talk radio? the demacrats hate it because they can't control it and it tells (for the most part not always unlike the midea)the truth. we need to know what is really going on. iran is in a bad spot if you look at it at a diffrent way we are on both sides of them and have a water atvantage under them with moutons to the north. as long as we keep it on them what can they (as one) do? the bad thing ais the religous groups that are doing the exact opisit of what there religon says that is why we should not envade Iran

Nope, they will try to do it before the election, just like passing the amnesty bill, so it will no longer be an issue for the next election.

Surplus of what, rhetoric? Israel will probably be forced to nuke Iran before any Dem. leaders will even admit there is a threat.

We are not going to have a Democratic president in 08.

Hillary will get the nomination, but will not win.
