Is there more than 14 episodes of Elfen Lied?

I heard that there are about 20 episodes, 6 of the last ones are only available to people who lived in Japan. If this is true, any Japanese out there know where I can find the last 6 episodes?

There is an OVA which is in between episode 11 and 12. Fourteen episodes is all there is to the series.

No, there were only 14 episodes. If there were 20, it would be extremely easy to find them through fansub groups. As they are not listed, its unlikely that they exist. However, there was an OVA.
