As always... it all depends how fat your wallet is. Freemont Street or behind the Stratosphere you could probably trade a Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwhich for a quickie. The Whorehouses in Parumph are a hour away. Or just some drunk girls at some of the clubs... Just like anywere in America...the fatter the wallet the hotter the girl.

If you're not bringing your own, go to the Bunny Ranch or some other legalized brothel outside Las Vegas. Prositution is illegal in Clark County = which is where Las Vegas is. Besides, after seeing some of the streetwalkers in Vegas, you'd either have to be REALLY desperate or REALLY NOT picky!
