I want both of them along with Ad-Aware and Spybot. Is that ok? Or will Spyware Blaster conflict with Windows Defender on a count that they both have real-time protection?

Thanks in advance!

It shouldn't. Just don;t run any of them at the same time, one at a time, otherwise there will be conflict.

Also don't forget to have one virus protection programs. The ones you have are only for spyware/adware and cannot remove all virus's.

No, it should not. I use all 4 without any problems. Spyware Blaster is not your typical anti spyware program. Unlike the other 3, it does not scan your computer. Instead, it adds a long list of malicious websites to your "restricted site zone." In Internet Explorer, any websites, which are in the restricted site zone, has Javascript and ActiveX controls automatically disabled. These are the 2 most common exploits used by hackers to infect your computer. Spyware Blaster and the free version of Ad Aware do not provide real time protection but Windows Defender does. So there isn't a problem. Just be sure to only scan with one program at a time.
