you've got to be kidding.
whether or not you think it was a mistake to go there, to back an evacuation is a pure lack of thought about long and short term effects on civilians and troops for decades to come. you're the waste of time and citizenship that i was hoping i wouldn't find with this question. you too repub for life.

can you fools even conceive we should have never been there anyway, we knew that all along, by the way how you gonna pay for it all, don't ask us to cough up billions, why don't you foot the bill. you probably think "that's stupid, that could be the worst possible solution for us right now.

Ok, so what's your solution? Another five years of the same?
Let me be very clear here:
1. The democratic plan will prove to be a failure for Iraq. I agree.
2. But Bush's plan is also a failure for Iraq. Can you not see this? There are already, what, how many troops before the surge? Around 120,000. Really, this surge of about 30,000? Around 25% increase. That should have been doubled, three years ago.
What we need to do is put half a million troops on the ground. If you can't stomach that, then there is no hope for that poor country that Bush invaded on a false pretext.

Put in a strong Hussein-like dictator. Only thing that can hold this Brit constructed mess of a country together.
Frankly, you Americans should have left well enough alone.
Really, Mike, and why is that? Hussein had no WMD and was more a secularist/socialist than anything else. He did no worse than many dictators YOUR nation has supported in the past. The ties he had were with Palestian groups, who want justice, not the fundalmentalist Islamics. He and bin Laden were enemies. I think you the fool, mate. But Haliburton, they are not the fool, as they and their associates are making billions from this adventure.

Oh really, then why are so many "Bigwig" Republicans running to the White House whining to George Bush HIS war is killing the Party?
Just a hunch, but maybe due to the polls stating American people no longer back this endless war that was based on lies from the Bush Administration. Isn't that the reason Powell left??
Just like the "Liberal's" were "wrong" about Vietnam. . .
We lost 58,000 of our troops, for what??
Hang you head in shame, you want to repeat a failed history with "someone" else's life. . .
It is so easy to talk tough, as long as you are not facing death on a daily basis, as out troops are. I suppose you'll edit your question and tell everyone your a "Vet", like they all do if you question their theory on Iraq war!!

summer season, being fairly, fairly warm, tended to have decrease numbers -- different than final summer season. The month in the previous final, causalties have been additionally surprisingly extreme. so as that they are comparing final month to truly inflated dying costs. additionally, there is often multiple united statesand downs in such issues. ultimately, the day in the previous today observed an fairly extreme dying fee by way of a pair concerted assaults, maximum perfect me to have faith that, mutually as making waiting for those massive assaults, they bogged down slightly. So, no, the surge isn't working, never for Iraq as an entire, in basic terms in small aspects (so the violence strikes faraway from the aspects we've been focused on). The undesirable information is that a pair of million people have been killed for no solid reason, cholera is transforming into epidemic by way of fact we destroyed their technique of having sparkling water, tens of hundreds have been tortured and raped via us, tens of millions are homeless, tens of millions extra have fled, and the political undertaking is as undesirable as ever. women individuals dare no longer flow away their properties without being thoroughly coated and observed via a male family individuals member (which grew to become into no longer the case in the previous we invaded). toddlers are stored homestead from college by way of fact their mothers and fathers concern for his or her lives. Unemployment is -- i do no longer comprehend what, precisely, yet extreme. fairly extreme. Kurdistan is beginning off to adventure increasing violence, and curiously like extra international locations interior the area are being drawn in. no one has any faith interior the Iraqi government. we gained't win this conflict; it is taken under consideration one of the justifications each and every individual interior the international with a dash of a clue opposed it interior the 1st place. Why do you so strongly approve of mass homicide and the destruction of a entire country? have you ever no humanity in besides? Sorry, THAT grew to become right into a stupid question!

Not exactly.
Leaving Iraq would be a very big mistake.
Staying there would be an even worse mistake.
Invading Iraq in the first place was the biggest mistake.

Perhaps one should consider the opinion of the Iraq Freedom Party (http://www.ifcongress.com/English/index.htm ), a democratic, secular, libertarian, progressive, anti-Ba'athist, anti-Islamist, and anti-nationalist, group.
They believe that the sectarian violence will only keep getting worse until the occupation ends.

Time to get your head out of your a-- and start smelling something other than the inside of your a--. George W. Bush and Dick Cheney are war criminals and deserve prison for this unprovoked invasion. The money being spent in Iraq to protect oil interests should be spent on HOMELAND SECURITY IN OUR OWN COUNTRY...
Response:
You're missing quite a real world out here, with your head so firmly embedded in your a--. This war is not justified - it was falsified, and prison is where war criminals belong.

Well if we do withdraw, they will be the first ones going on the air yelling that "if they would have known from the beginning that it was a bad idea than they would not have voted for it." Thanks Hillary Clinton.
