Nope, It would be wrong to be together. But I know it hard to give up your significant other. But that the right thing to do.

Okay if we're talking a brother or sister that you've never even met and never grown up with it's easy to see why there would have been a natural feeling of connection. Whether or not you can live with the stigma if the information were to ever get out or not is a huge decision to make. Also you have to consider the decision of bringing children into the world. Sibling parents have a far greater risk of bearing children with birth defects. I'm not personally one who could stay in a relationship knowing that the man I was with was my brother but you may have to consider the circumstanses and make that decision on your own. I hope this helped even a little.

If you have healthy kids or don't have any kids and it isn't a legal problem...
...it's kinda' iffy.
If you have healthy kids, you just passed the first reason brothers and sisters aren't good to mate: any genetic flaw that's recessive tends to show up and you probably don't have any. If you haven't had kids, you're asking for trouble.
Emotionally, if you grew up together, you wouldn't generally be boning each other in most western societies. (In some Muslim societies, women are so devalued as people and treated as sexual/marital commodities as it is to allow brother/sister incest.) If you didn't grow up together, you probably have a different enough psychological background to function and pass the second major stopping block.
Still, there is that issue between how you would see yourselves courtesy of society and how society would treat you if they found out...

I would break up with him because I would know that there would be no long term.
There was this guy and girl who already had a child together and after having the kid they found out that they were half brother and sister. They stayed together anyways. It would be really hard for me if I didn't find out until I had a kid with the other person.

Well, are you married or just seeing them as a BF/GF? I think for "childrens" sake and the deformitys that can arise from in-breeding that you just call it off. Stay close because that is cool, you found a missing relative, but don't bump fuzzies or have children. It would probably be better that you just stay as family, you can have the close relationship with out the kissing and sexual relations.

I think I would do something similar to what you and your wife would do......No matter how much I loved that person, if I were to find that out I could never be with that person:)

Of course, we'd stay together. We are best friends. Where would I be without her? Besides, there is no chance of that.
