when ANGER comes, some lose their normal wise brain control because feelings and emotion take over. If the brain concurs the soul, then people will be able to control themselves in many situations. Sadly, however, most souls are controlling the brain. :(

Because you erroneously believe that "the self", you, are more important/meaningful then the other you are angry at, and therefore think it just to assert your desires over that of another's. It is erroneous because we are all equal. If you don't think so, then you don't have a "high" enough perspective. When looked at from a cosmological stand point, we are all specs of colorful sand, and which spec of sand is more important then the other? In the end, we all go into the ground and, in 5 billion years, the ground will be consumed by the furnace of a nova sun. We are all exactly equal, but our attachment to the idea of our "self" deludes us, so it is no wonder that it leads to delusive thoughts of murder and violence. My 2 cents anyway.

Wisdom is not normal, it is an accomplishment in a minority. Anger, while universal in its essential form is peculiar to the individual and is variable. At its lower intensities it is essential for consciousness concentration and/or mental grip on the selfs activities. There is more to violence than anger.
The Will is positive and the Judgment is negative. Between the two is mysterious activity.

Anger is a wonderful energy and extremely important to your survival. Your fear of it is unfounded.
Anger must not be confused with 'revenge' and 'spite' which have nothing to do with this energy as they are thought driven and completely social ideas.
'Murder' is implied as the intended, willful and unjustifiable 'death' of another organism.
Anger cannot be at the heart of this as it is only an energy source and not a 'Thought'.
Envy, spite, jealousy, revenge, etc. are motivations that cause 'murder' not anger.
Anger is only energy.

As with any of our emotions, something inside of us wells up and we lose control. If we realize that we, as an individual, have this problem, we can only try to educate ourselves as to what stops we can put into use to help ourselves before we hurt someone either physically or verbally.
Uncontrolled anger is a dangerous and hurtful weapon which most times we regret bitterly..
