A fool in certain matters, but not stupid.

He has no grasp of military affairs.

He doesn't know a thing about emergency management.

Foreign policy - You really don't want to know how bad he is at that.

Ethics - LOL! Ethics, what's that? That's what Bush would say.

Managing the Economy - Not very good

Manners - Horrible

But, on the other hand...

He did trick a lot of people in to voting for him in 2000 and 2004.

i dunno if stupid is the right word. I'd go with lying sack of s**t. He has his own agenda, always has. he doesn't care about the American people; the death toll in Iraq and the devastation during Katrina proves that. He has a crazy low approval rating and apparently cant understand the numbers enough to grasp the fact that this country thinks he's doing more harm than good. And a few other countries want to charge him and many others in this administration with war crimes!! Okay, maybe you're right, just plain STUPID!!

I think he's pretty dumb. That's why he has Cheney around all the time to tell him what to do.
