I agree with the few above that some people are just RUDE!...lmao....goodness. Yes hun those are your lil angels moving and pokin around. And Im assuming those are your first so it is a lil later that you would feel them move...but odds are you probably felt them earlier but didnt notice. Awwww how fun....now comes the best part when they start playing and poking and kicking even harder. Yikes......Oh and too the people that think that "overweight" women cant feel their babies move until "after" a certain time....try a new approach. There are countless women who have stated that they have felt their babies move early on...even earlier then the "average sized" women do. I started feeling my baby girl move since 13wks. It wasnt frequent but it was a lil popping. and not to be confused with gas. Now I get lil pokes and squirms. I love it......except when Its time to get jabbed and kicked I can wait on that...lol. Good luck hun!

You could very well be feeling movement at 21 weeks, even with twins, because many women with just one baby feel movements as early as 15 weeks. Your twins should be big enough now at 21 weeks to make movements you can feel. Your doctor is probably just giving you an estimate based on averages for twin pregnancies.

When you put your hand on your tummy the movements might stop because the twins are reacting to the pressure or warmth of your hand.

Congratulations and God bless you and your little ones!

OMG some people are so rude. You are not overweight. And, that feeling of popcorn is your beautiful babies. I'm 23 weeks and that is what I started feeling around 20 weeks. Now at 23 weeks I get the odd good kick but usually I still feel the little poking feeling very low in my stomach.
Congratuations and enjoy your pregnancy!

Sounds about right. Give it another few weeks and youll be wondering what you were worried about and appoligising to people when the babies kick you and you pull a horrible face at some random stranger. Twins you are so lucky. I am due in 8 weeks with 1 blessing, 2 must b a headspin.

Goodluck with it all.

you ARE NOT OVERWIEGHT. thats person is rude. omg. but yes, twins develop a bit slower because they dont have as much room in there with someone else. the popping is most likely the babies.. but it could just be gas. everyone is different when they are pregnant, so the weight you gain wont be the same as your friend or whatever. I gained 50 pounds when i was pregnant with my son, and he was healthy as can be 8lb 8 oz. at birth. unless your dr. tells you you are overwieght, dont feel that way. it is normal to gain weight, and if you didnt you should be worried.
congrats on the twins!!!!

I felt the popcorn popping at around 16 weeks with my second and around 20 weeks with my first. They say you feel it earlier every pregnancy because you know what to feel for. It's not the big kicks you get later on in pregnancy but little, bubbly feelings like you're describing. :-) Once you can feel them internally, you'll be able to feel them externally in a few weeks' time.

Your babies may not be physically "kicking", but it definitely sounds like you're feeling them move! Congratulations! I am 13 weeks and I'm already feeling the "butterflies" in my belly and I'm loving every minute of it.

Because you're having twins, your babies might possibly be a week or two behind just because they're probably a bit smaller than if you were having just one. I think your doctor's right, you will probably begin to feel them on a regular basis soon.

How exciting! Congrats again!

The babies are kicking but they are not strong enough for you to feel it yet if you have a ultrasound done you can see them kicking and just moving their little bodies, but yes like your doctor said in a couple of weeks they will develop enough strength so you can see it on feel it. Good luck
