My grandmother was the little, round, cool and outspoken type. The family would meet at her house on Sundays and have cookouts, play cards, stuff like that. One time she had a little to much wine and began singing baby got back! My cousin had been living with her and apperently listening to that song alot and she had learn't the words. It was the funniest thing I had ever seen in my life!! Escpecially when she started dancing and spanking herself!! She has been gone for a couple years now but it is probably one of the most talked about things in our family til this day and still gives us all a good laugh!

Ok, my grandparents have never done anything to that effect, but once while at my grandmothers home she was laying on her back on her bed telling a story. One of those, "when I was a little girl" stories and suddenly she pauses, but it was to long for a dramitic pause so I look over and she had fallen asleep, well, about a minute later she woke up and continued right where she had left off. She went on with her story and yet again she paused, and I looked over and she was again sleeping. This happened several times until finally when she felll asleep I snuck out of her room to go join the rest of my family. I guess she even found her story boring enough to fall asleep to.

Haha, that's too funny. I bet you miss her a lot :-)

My Nanu was a character, too. This one time in the winter, she was giving me a ride to an appointment. It was just a really messy day, all slushy and such. There were big puddles of melting snow everywhere. We were waiting at the light, and straight ahead of us a block or two, there was this big kid bullying a smaller kid. He took the little one's bike and rode off with it while the smaller kid sat there and cried. The light turned green, and Nanu floored it. When she came close to the bully on the bike, she made sure to hit a puddle of slush hard. The bully got creamed with cold, muddy, slush. It was awesome...he had no *idea* how to react. The smaller kid ran up and reclaimed his bike while the bully sat there in shock. Nanu never took credit for that. She always said it was an accident, haha.

When my grandparents where alive, a long time ago, grandpa, was driving his 1956 buick, and all the kids and grandma, went for a ride, unfortunately for grandma, she was sitting behind grandpa, who was at the wheel, well, he liked smoking them big ole cigars, and he inhailed by mistake, and he hacked up a big one, and spit out the car window, and woosh, out one window, into the back window, and hit poor grandma, right in the face. Nobody ever sat behind gramps again. It was not at all funny for poor grandma, but my brothers, and cousins started laughing, and everybody started laughing, poor grandma.........

My cousin was outside having a temper tantrum and my gramma calmly walked over, got the water hose and sprayed the hell outta her, without saying a word. It was hysterical.
