They would change the number! I guess we should try to see their side too.
They are probably doing their best to keep up. Don't you think there are a lot more jerks that they are catching then those they don't? Maybe they don't have the staff or enough time to get all the jerks.
OK your right! I guess they should hire more staff and create more hours in the day!

I think that they don't have enough time to make sure this environment is safe from the likes of Smitty and his friends, I feel that we would probably be on hold forever with no one on yahoo's end not caring. I just hate that he gets all the time he needs to do his damage...just sucks is all and there is nothing we can really do about it except ignore him and hope that he will go away!
