Both a great to watch/play. I personally prefer Rugby. There's more ground and pound and less technical skill needed. If you don't have the coordination with your feet, you're not going to do well at soccer. If you don't have the stamina, you won't be good at either. If you like playing football, you'll like rugby, it's a lot more interactive.

Soccer just sucks so I'll go with Rugby. You don't fake injuries or flop in Rugby.
Soccer is a kids sport that the best athletes quit when they are 12 to concentrate on real sports or more fun sports.
Soccer is the worlds game only because you only need a ball to play and in some countries, that is all they have.

Rugby

I believe soccer is because rugby is a more "brutal" sport. In soccer you run around kick the ball, sometimes trip people to get the ball and etc. But in rugby they throw the ball up in the air and it becomes a wrestling match. You push, shove, etc for the ball.

Soccer is a gentleman's sport played by ruffians.
Rugby is a ruffians sport played by gentlemen.
I've always wanted to play Rugby but so far I like Soccer a lot more.

I'm more particular to rugby because it's more physical. Soccer takes a lot of agility and great footwork, but the sports themselves are no harder to play than one another.

soccer this one is easy the beautiful game i mean come on who cant appreciate the most fit athletes in the world giving it all they got for 45 min then resting for 10 min and doing it for another 45 min it takes so much to play nobody can say it is easy until they can play a whole game
plus the thrill of all the games being close and coming down to the wire the great amount of skill that it takes just to score one goal
hands down soccer is better
