If you are mean 1942 cents from the USA then harryb is right on the Denver and San Francisco but I have a different figure for the Philadelphia mint 657,796,000. If you are asking about a British penny, you need to re ask the question stating so. By the way in circulated grades it has a value of .02 to .05 cents.

Jorge, the 1942 cent is very common and in circulated condition it's worth about 5 cents. Valor de una centavo Estados Unidos año 1942 es 5 centavos americanos. Es moneda y año muy común.
