My sentimental favorite to win would be Hulk as I've grown up watching him. He's had many a battle.
Just look at the list.
The Iron Sheik
"Mr. Wonderful" Paul Orndorff
Roddy Piper
Big John Studd
King Kong Bundy
Andre The Giant
Randy "Macho Man" Savage
The Ultimate Warrior
Ric Flair
Sgt. Slaughter
The Undertaker
But The Undertaker is evenly as dominant and has faced the likes of
Hulk Hogan
Kane (his brother)
The Rock
Austin
HBK
Triple H
Booker T
Mankind
Big Show
Randy Orton
Batista
Mark Henry
JBL
Brock Lesner
Mr. Kennnedy

It depends on who they would want to win. Hulk Hogan doesn't fight anymore and the Undertaker does. I like them both but I think that the Undertaker would have the advantage. Hogan has been out of the lime light for quite sometime now.

The Undertaker would win. Taker has won many matches against Hogan. I do not think Hogan has ever beat the Undertaker.

Undertaker is better in the ring. Hulk Hogan is better when you're thinking of eye candy wrestlers.

Taker has beaten Hogan twice for the WWF title while Hogan has only beaten Taker once in a title match. I'd give my bet on the Undertaker

They all ready did that in the 90's. Hogan fought and lost to the Undertaker. After that Hogan went to WCW.

undertaker, mainly because i think McMahon is tired of putting up with Hogan and wouldn't give him the same kind of creative control over his matches now that the two of them (Vince and Hogan) are on each other's bad sides again, plus Taker has been a consistent company man and is generally more respected by the company and the locker room in general
