most all stihl products will have a circle with arrow pointing which way to turn screw and a number inside arrow/circle. Turn screw (high) all the way to the right till stop, then turn the screw 3/4 turn. Turn screw (low) to right stop, then turn the screw one full turn. Adjust idle (LA) so that the cutting head does not rotate. This info is in your owners manual, or you can download one at sithlusa.com. The fs66 is not listed but download the fs75- same idea. If it still boggs down, you need a carburetor kit about $10.00

Start with 2 1/2 turns from full close.

most are 1 1/2 turns out each and then you can fine tune
