Ever since I got interested in politics a few years ago, I can't help but look at everything from a political view. Especially in TV, advertisements, movies, music and media. Things I never noticed that had political leanings to them until I became more politically involved! Things I use to like, but when I saw the extreme political leanings to one side, turned me off to those things!

I have a strong moral compass, right is right and wrong is wrong. Politics are pretty much the same.

Personal responsibility is a characteristic of those with a strong moral compass.

Yes I do unfortunately. I think when someone looks for a political philosophy, they do so to find an idea way of looking at the world and at life. When they discover their political philosophy it's kind of hard to to stop viewing the world through that lens. It's not always a bad thing, as long as you aren't hurting anyone or are a fascist or communist or something.

I understand you, and yes, I tend to see things that way too. There are nights when my husband and I would just sit and debate on a littlest thing that has the slightest political meaning. It really gets to you once you notice it. I just try to see the sunshine and rainbows and stuff in everyday life, because if I don't, I would be a conspiracy theorist lol.

yes, at times... but it goes both ways... you can see things in politics in the "real life" spectrum... and vice versa...

and you have to be careful too, sometimes if you're looking for something you may find it even if it's not there...

that's not saying that politics isn't in everything...

No, I don't even always look at politics through a political spectrum. It distorts your perceptions to always look for connctions to some strongly held belief - be it religious or philosophical - in everything you see.

Every show has a message, and a commercial, subtle or otherwise. Some days I think I'm a conspiracy nut, others just enlightened

No.
But you're right. Somehow, politics
worms it's way into everything, including
