Anything that is good for your general health is good for your sexual health as well. Eat LOTS of fruits and veggies, some raw. Choose the ones with intense colors as much as you can. Soy products and other beans, whole grains, and nuts are great. Some eggs, dairy or fish are okay, but keep meat, sugar, and white bread to an absolute minimum. You'll feel fantastic - everywhere in your body.
Don't smoke -- not even once in a while. No more than 1-2 alcoholic drinks per day (ever) if you are over 21 and don't have a family or personal history of addiction. If you do have such a history or are underage, don't drink any alcohol at all.

I let my husband take vitamin E and drink honey once daily. Good for blood circulation. Usually he is best when he drinks a cup of coffee before bed and he will last longer.

are you talking about eating them or using them on your companion. i fancy the opposite end of a carrot, a cucumber, warm hot dog or zucchini. and the best thing is afterwards you can make a delicious salad and no dressing needed.
