whenever you get mad, don't head for the mall, head for the park. walk around, think things over, figure out WHY you feel the urge to buy clothes, and what sort of things you can do to lessen that urge. Call a friend. Give the clothes you KNOW you won't wear to somebody else, or charity. Wear the clothes that you would only wear once several times and keep them. You CAN do that. You wear the same accessories, so why not clothes? Don't bottle up your rage, talk to someone. But ONLY IF YOU ARE SERIOUS ABOUT GETTING HELP! Otherwise, don't waste their time.If they are a true friend, they will help you. Keep a list of what you buy, and why you bought it. This will help you realize how much money you are wasting. And if you need to spend money, spend it on someone else. Your mom, sister, brother, church, drug & alcohol rehab. Your motto: air, wear, share. Remember, you can have fun! sell your clothes, with some friends, at a garage sale! advertise that you will be giving the money to charity! you'll get lots of money that way! good luck!

buying things when you're mad or stressed is actually a health condition. when you get mad at someone you feel like going shopping and buying clothes will make your problems go away. buying clothes that you wear only once, or don't wear at all is a waste of money. tell a trusted adult about this problem so that you can get help. or talk to a therapist about this problem. don't be afraid to talk to a therapist, they are there to help.

1] turn in your credit card
2] go through your clothes closet, take out what you KNOW you won't wear, and donate it to a charity or thrift shop.
3] ask one or two good friends to help you
4] when you want to shop, go work at a soup kitchen, battered women's shelter, or habitat for humanity. Those people have nothing, or next to it.
5] consider counseling to develop different ways of coping

you arent exactly "spoiled" but you do need to learn to wear things more than once only switch around your outfits and accesories
if you dont want to do that
give those clothes away to someone who will wear them maybe donate them to a thrift shop
but you do need to do something

You're friends are right. Try donating some clothes to Goodwill or a soup kitchen...sounds hard? Then yes, you are really spoiled.

Well you obviously have a shopping problem, BUT it's good to hear that you buy clothes, rather than yell at your friends or your parents.
