Was it real love or, was it just the newness of these feelings and explorations?

Oh Yeah!!! I have found that one NEVER forgets about his first love at 16...........the long serious kisses, the long embraces, the numbness of your lips when you finally drag yourself away and go home.....only to think about the next time when it will happen all over again.
Then one or the other moves away and both begin to stray. Before long, the letters stop and another "love" slowly takes the place of your first one.........and then another and another until you believe you have found your "soul mate" and end up married...............BUT......that first love is never forgotten...not in a lifetime. Mine was 5 ft 5, slim, auburn hair, nice kissable lips that begged to be kissed, a body that required a lot of hugging. Pops

I have never ever,forgotten about my first true love and it was REAL LOVE! My ex-boyfriend and I dated for almost 10 years,but our relationship ended because his mother couldn't keep her nose out of our business. Also,we were in a long distance relationship,and I think that had alot to do with us breaking up as a couple.
I could tell it was real love because my pulse would race everytime I would see him, I couldn't eat,I couldn't sleep,all I could think about was being next to him,and snuggling up to him and of course kissing him too!
I would give anything to be able to go back in time and just give him one more hug and kiss and tell him how much I love him! To say that I was heartbroken when we broke up is putting it very mildly.
I felt like my heart had been ripped out of my chest,and I couldn't stop crying because I knew in my heart that we were meant to be together,but thanks to his mother,she made sure that we didn't get married. I will always love him no matter what,because he was my one and only soulmate,I am not joking!! :-(

I think it was real love, but a love we were both too young to know what to do with. I know he felt the same. We were compromised by a distanced relationship. He came to see me from time to time after he got a car, but I had another boyfriend by then......I never forgot him tho.

i do find it true i'll never forget the guy that stole my heart lol i'm still with him.he's so great.
