put pasta on to boil, fry some sliced onions in a pan once golden add some garlic n a lil chilli (to ur taste) add peeled plum tomatos from tin blended with a blender. Add salt peppr n mixed herbs. Let simmer, add 3/4 of a med sized single cream pot, and add grated cheese mix all together and let simmer for 3-4 mins. Once pastas boiled add it n serve alone or even with garlic bread, very tasty n filling too. This is my own home made recipe so appreciate it. If u get the amounts of everything perfect u will love it. I dont know exact amounts as i just put everything by guessing n to my own taste. Give it a go.

If you have chicken and rice, you can combine with veggies to make a nice dish. Add whatever spices you would like, and it will be done in about 30 minutes. This is really good if you have leftover chicken and frozen veggies. You can also add into the mix cream of mushroom soup near the end, and it makes it nice and creamy. But not too much, because it will overpower the taste of everything else.

Hmmm, stir fry, cheese omelette's, pasta, sometimes a quick thing to make is a sloppy joe- not everyone's cup of tea but easy. As for myself, I shall be dining on Cinnamon Life cereal. With a Yoplait for dessert :o)

How about 'breakfast for supper'? It's easy inexpensive and a treat from time to time. Eggs, sausage, biscuits. Or as my Dad used to enjoy; pork chops with eggs. I prefer steak & eggs.
If that's not a choice. Hotdogs or hamburgers on Friday night is a winner. Friday supper at my house was/is something simple and easy. There's alot of living to do on Friday night. Get on with it. 8^{I)

Spaghetti is always quick and easy.

You could also try a stir fry with frozen veggies and some chicken and rice if you have it.

Fajitas are always easy too...if you have chicken, salsa, peppers, onions.

Stir fry chicken with green peppers, red onions, yellow peppers, a side of brown rice, start with a green salad with raspberry vinaigrette, end with chocolate mousse cake and herbal tea.
