That depends upon whther it is stiched on or it is a sticky back one like from a confernece or temporary badge.
Alcohol will gernally take of the glue back ones or you can upgrade to goof off or goo gone apply from the back but do a sopt test at the bottom for the goof and goo ones
The stiched on kind requires a stitch puller. you can get one from the sewing section at walmart or target..
