PSP Firmware update 2.7 and later comes with a Flash Browser Plug-in that is Flash 6 compatible. http://www.us.playstation.com/PSP/Downloads/SystemUpdate. Once you have it installed you have to be able to go online with your PSP to activate it. Then after that you don't have to be online to use the Plug-in. purely questioning: are you reffering to needless to say unlawful application that enables you to play ROMs of PSPs on your pc in a flash plater? if so, WHY could YOU ASK THAT here? if it somewhat is the case, i'm hoping law enforcement officers song you down and arrest you... actual... you can't, theres no flash for the psp, believe me, I looked and tried a lot. sorry
