I am on holiday in Malaga when the book is relaesed on the 21st of July and need to get a copy over there! Does anyone know if I'll be able to get an English version on this date from previous experience?

Amazon does pre-order so I assume you'd be able to send it wherever you like.
Here is their website on the Harry Potter page. You should be able to find out if they ship internationally and if you can pre-order it to get there.
